Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our business we cannot expect returns or exchanges.

Refunds: It doesn't happen often but on occasion a dog may not like a particular flavour of treat, we would be happy to send you a complementary trial sized bag of a different flavour for your pup to try. Send us an email at 

Damaged Product: On occasion a cookie (or two) may break in transit, this is expect. However, if your entire order arrives damaged please send us an email at for assistance. We will replace your order for you free of charge.

Missing: Should your package show as delivered and it's nowhere to be found, or it's simply taking a ridiculous amount of time to reach it's destination, please send us an email at and we will do our best to assist you.
