Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our business we cannot expect returns or exchanges.
Refunds: It doesn't happen often but on occasion a dog may not like a particular flavour of treat, we would be happy to send you a complementary trial sized bag of a different flavour for your pup to try. Send us an email at email@example.com.
Damaged Product: On occasion a cookie (or two) may break in transit, this is expect. However, if your entire order arrives damaged please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We will replace your order for you free of charge.
Missing: Should your package show as delivered and it's nowhere to be found, or it's simply taking a ridiculous amount of time to reach it's destination, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
